What this covers
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps small amounts of data on your device. This policy explains how sortjunglecompassrn.com, operated by Sortjungle Compass Publishing Ltd, uses both.
What we use
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only the following storage:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sjc-check-* | Local storage | Remembers which checklist items you ticked on our guides | Until you clear browser storage |
| Consent preference | Local storage or cookie | Records whether you accepted or declined non-essential storage in the consent notice | Up to 12 months |
None of this data is sent to us. It remains on your device.
Your choices
You can accept or decline non-essential storage through the consent notice shown on the site. You can also clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings, or block them entirely. If you block local storage, checklists will still work but will not remember your ticks.
Changes and contact
If we introduce new cookies or storage, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent. Questions: [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy.
